COACHING IS A TWO-WAY RELATIONSHIP, HERE'S WHAT SOME OF our clients have to say about working with us...

I stepped into my first session with Justin feeling pretty terrified. As a keen runner and swimmer (that keeps getting injured) I knew I should be heading into the gym, but I had absolutely no idea what to do, and I found the gym a really intimidating place to go! Justin totally put me at ease. He is so encouraging, even though I felt like I wasn’t very good, he made me feel really supported, empowered and like I was doing a great job. I now feel really confident going into the gym, I know what I should be doing and how, and have now built the gym into my normal routine thanks to his help. Justin is also really knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and training ideas, he’s extremely well read. There is so much to learn from him, so pick his brains between sets! I reccomend Justin to anyone looking for a PT. Thank you Justin!

I’ve struggled to find a personal trainer who understands my needs, Im not looking to bulk up just get stronger for my chosen sport which is cycling, I now find I have so much more power on the hills and during sprint efforts my acceleration has increased. Justin has been very patient with me as well and pushes me just outside my comfort zone so my training is progressive and my exercises are constantly changing so I never get bored, oh and I’ve also lost 2 inches off my waist...

Having met Justin in my office and speaking about my goal of running an ultra marathon and the ways in which he could help me, I signed up to begin sessions with him - which would prove one of the most beneficial decisions I have taken. The sessions were varied and interesting, and the improvement I felt over the weeks was phenomenal. Always pushing you to achieve your best, but listening if things weren’t quite right, I can’t speak highly enough of Justin and the sessions I enjoyed with him. Would definitely highly recommend!

I got in touch with Justin as I had heard good things from several friends, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made.

Justin’s patient and supportive, and has helped my self-confidence in more ways than he could possibly know. He takes my goals seriously, and works with me towards them. He’s brought my attention to strengths I didn’t even know I had, and celebrates every victory, however small. I can’t recommend him highly enough. And he helped me build a killer set of thighs!

Being a relatively new runner feeling the niggles starting to creep in. I got in touch with Justin with the goal to run the Southend Half Marathon, knowing I needed to up my strength and balance. Justin has put me through the motions of developing different exercises to help build hip, glute, quad and core strength. Justin makes his session’s fun and challenging which keeps me motivated and helps me to continue exercising on my own. I have just completed a 24 hour relay race and my first half marathon. To say that he has helped me surpass my goals would be an understatement as I beat my goal time by 10 minutes. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their running.

When I decided to run two marathons and an ultra-marathon in one year I knew I needed to incorporate more than just running into my training.

Despite being a member of a gym for years, I’ve never actually known what to do – but over the last couple of months with Justin I’ve already learned so much. Not only is he encouraging and supportive, he keeps things challenging enough to keep me motivated.

My strength and fitness has already improved so much in a short space of time - but most importantly, I’m going into my first marathon feeling more positive and confident than I ever have done before.
